BrennNessel Dresden - The best vegetarian restaurant in Dresden. Although you do not find many vegetarian restaurants in Germany at all, the brennNessel (which is the German word for stinging nettle) offers various dishes like pasta, souffle, salads and baguettes.
Sophienkeller - Big restaurant down a fancy vault. The location is made up in an 18th century style and so looks the costumed staff. They also serve some very good food there too. Many local specialities meet innovative dishes. A smoker's vault is also provided.
Planwirtschaft - This place has tradition. On three floors one of the oldest taverns in Dresden offers great meals of good quality. Try their rich breakfast buffet and one of their local beer specialities.
