Nightlife

Despite all culture and tradition, Heidelberg has a lively nightlife. Four out of ten inhabitants are younger than 30. It is a university town and offers lots of venues to party, relax or attend concerts. Above you find a range of locations you might want to visit.

Cave 54 - The legendary jazz and music club in Heidelberg located in an old . The greatest artists like Louis Armstrong, Don Ellis, Ella Fitzgerald and Oscar Peterson were standing on the stage of Cave54 in the 50ies and early 60ies in front of the cheering crowd.

Artists like Frank Zappa and Carlos Santana also found their way downstairs in the 70ies. The club is still at best when live music is playing. It has the atmosphere of over 50 years of legendary music and events. Don't miss the Jazz Jam Session on sundays. But also on other days you will enjoy yourself at Cave54.

GreyStones Bar - The GreyStones is a comfortabel bar located in the old town of Heidelberg. It offers a wide range of spirits, cocktails and meals to cater for almost all kind of tastes.
